The rooms were both beautiful, amazingly comfortable, complete with quiet away from the hustle, q nice garden, as example. Sensational breakfasts with cheese, very good bread and fresh juices, the staff were all in all wonderful.

The room was well-appointed with a private balcony, and had all the essentials needed. the location in a crowded area was perfect, with a mall and supermarkets nearby. - Easy access to Menara airport, which was about a 10-minute drive away.

I had a wonderful experience at Hivernage Secret Suites & Garden in Marrakesh. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a warm and friendly host who offered me delicious tea and pastries. The level of customer service throughout my stay was exceptional. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home and provided helpful advice and tips for exploring the city.
While there were some minor issues like the pool being in shade for most of my stay, they did not detract from my overall enjoyment of the hotel.

We had the most wonderful stay at this hidden gem in Marrakesh. The hotel is located in a peaceful residential area, perfect for a calm and relaxing vacation. The attention to detail in the authentic Moroccan decor is exceptional. We loved exploring the city with the help of the hotel's arranged guide, who took us on a fascinating tour of the real Moroccan area. The gardens are a true paradise with their beautiful palm and citrus trees, and the small heated pool provided a refreshing escape. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The overall experience was beyond our expectations, and we would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to Marrakesh. I highly recommend this hotel for those seeking tranquility and authenticity in their travels.

Hotel is small and intimate, with excellent decoration and very clean. the staff's hospitality is the best customer service we have ever experienced, with a perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness. the staff is informative and approachable, with lots of information about the best places to find authentic places to eat, genuine Moroccan ceramics, the best places to experience the sunset, and shops with great value for money.
The hotel's pool is in the shade for the majority of the day, so it's not possible to make use of it. the location is far from the old town and its main attractions, and there is an error at the check-in process.

The hotel was tucked away from the crowds, but an easy walk to the main square. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they offered complimentary water upon arrival. The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. The pool area was calm and relaxing.
The room was a bit smaller than we expected, and the noise from the street occasionally disturbed our sleep. we had a decent stay.
